Model choice for design
Sam uses Opus 4.7 as his daily driver. Many designers use Gemini 3.1 Pro, but Sam finds Gemini slow to respond. GPT 5.5 is now very close to 4.7. Same prompt across different models gives drastically different design output — worth A/B testing.
Wrapped app / PWA
Apps on the store are wrapped (a headless browser / PWA), not native — so publishing updates go live immediately, with no need to resubmit/republish to the store.
Big-project memory trick
For large builds, store your project context/milestones/stretch-goals in an entity, and tell the chat to reference that entity for permanent context — so it doesn't forget steps (it tends to forget around step 4 of a big PRD).
Rate limits
Only expandable on enterprise plans. Better to navigate them by learning queuing, staggering requests, batching requests, and caching.
Server time vs local time
If the app uses Base44 server time instead of the user's local time, prompt "npm local time react" to fix it.
